Brown-Bag Briefing Sessions

Everyone would love more access to knowledge. In a time-pressured environment we will aim to provide a regular series of short briefings that target specific areas of learning relevant to the arts and cultural sector.

Five Brown Bag Briefing Sessions will be delivered in association with Irish Times Training and will focus on the professional skills participants in New Stream have requested. Running from September 2011 to February 2012, these 90 minute sessions will cover presentation, negotiation, assertiveness, time management and influencing and persuading skills. All sessions will be delivered by either Yvonne Farrell or Barbara Lynch who are both highly qualified and experienced tutors with Irish Times Training.

Cost: The briefings are FREE to arts organisations and individuals that are affiliated to Business to Arts.

Venue: All sessions will be held in the Chester Beatty Library’s lecture theatre, Dublin Castle, 11.00am – 12.30pm.

Booking: To reserve a place on any or all of these sessions, please email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or phone (01) 6725336.
