The New Stream Strategy Fund
The aim of this fund is to provide subsidised consultancy for 15–20 arts organisations around Ireland which will allow us to work closely with their executive and board in planning and delivering high-value fundraising programmes in challenging economic circumstances.
Each year we will invite organisations to apply to the New Stream Strategy Fund to work with Business to Arts and our partner, Genesis. Together we will review the current situation within the arts organisation and evaluate how they are positioned to attract income from new sources. Each organisation will define their fundraising vision and be supported in planning and implementing any changes needed to achieve this.
Although each case will be different, we have worked with Genesis to create a framework for delivering this service which will be adapted to the specific needs of each participating organisation.
The organisations involved in this activity stream will contribute towards the costs of this service (based on the scope of each project) and in return will receive significantly subsidised advisory services from Genesis together with supporting input from Business to Arts.
