Business/Strategic Plan Writing Programme – Register Interest

We are preparing for our next round of the Business / Strategic Plan Writing Programme taking place at the beginning of 2016. Now in its third iteration, this intensive bespoke programme  will see  existing organisations work to create and hone a vision for their future development, an outline plan on how to fund that vision, and a strategic plan for delivery. The final output is a Business Plan which can be shared with stakeholders and funders.

The six week programme involves a mixture of full day workshops, one-to-one advice sessions, a site visit to each organisation, business/strategic plan content review, analysis and delivery. The programme will be delivered by the Business to Arts team alongside For Impact.

This specialised and personalised 6-week programme is offered for a fee of €1,000 per organisation. Up to 5 individuals (Executive and/or Board) per organisation can participate in the programme’s workshops and sessions.
