Business to Arts is currently inviting applications from experienced arts and cultural professionals interested in contributing to our work across capacity-building, cultural programming, events and research.
We are recruiting a full-time Arts Capacity & Development Lead to shape and lead the next phase of our arts capacity-building work.
The role will design and deliver programmes that strengthen fundraising capability, organisational resilience, leadership and long-term sustainability across the arts sector, while developing practical opportunities for collaboration between business and the arts.
Salary: €45,000 to €50,000, depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, three-year fixed term
Location: Hybrid, based in Dublin, some national travel

We are also inviting expressions of interest for the BtoA Associate Panel, a pool of experienced independent professionals and service providers who may be considered for project-based assignments.
Our immediate priority is to hear from experienced Events and Production professionals who could support the planning and delivery of the annual Business to Arts Awards.
We are also seeking expertise in:
- Cultural Programming, Activation and Project Management
- Research, Evaluation and Impact
The panel is open to independent professionals, sole traders, companies and small consultancies. Each assignment will be offered and agreed separately according to the needs, timeframe and budget of the relevant project.
