Location: Dublin city centre office (with hybrid working)
Salary: €34,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, two-year fixed term

About the Role
This is a central role within our team, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of Business to Arts across finance, systems, governance and project delivery. You’ll report to the CEO and work closely with our external accountant, helping to maintain the operational engine of our organisation.
It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in admin, finance, or operations — and a keen interest in the arts, non-profit or creative sectors.
Key areas of focus
- Bookkeeping and financial admin (Xero)
- Office systems and supplier coordination
- Governance and compliance support
- Event and project administration
