Arts Portfolio Manager

The Arts Portfolio Manager should be an experienced programme manager, arts fundraiser, arts manager, or similar, who knows how to design and deliver training and professional development programmes, understands the mechanisms of corporate and philanthropic fundraising and strategic development, and is comfortable at the intersection of business and arts.

  • Fixed Term (full-time), three years
  • Salary: €47,000 - €50,000 commensurate with experience
  • Location: Blended head office, client-based (Dublin & National) & remote.

This senior management role will be a key player in the future of BtoA and our impact and in the innovation of our operations and activity.

The Arts Portfolio role is a multi-functional role that leads, develops, and delivers Business to Arts’ Arts Membership programme across two key areas of responsibility:

  • the design and delivery of arts capacity and capability-building programmes for our Arts Members, leveraging the professional expertise of our Business Membership and working closely with our external training and development partners.
  • the stewardship of our Arts Membership as the key point of contact for 170+ arts organisations, arts venues, and artists within our membership network.

Reporting to the CEO, the Arts Portfolio Manager will work closely with colleagues and will coordinate with the Board of Business to Arts’ to leverage their expertise, insights, and networks.
