EDI is now a central tenet of many organisational strategies, helping to shift corporate culture and enhance opportunities for people from different backgrounds, perspectives, and abilities.

Working with the arts can be a powerful medium to better understand your own EDI goals, identify ways to tell their stories and give them dynamic expression, providing new routes of understanding and engagement for your staff and key stakeholders.

We have co-created and delivered initiatives that have become central to EDI strategies. Learn more about our work with Accenture's Women on Walls, the Bank of Ireland Begin Together Arts Fund, and the RCSI Nursing and Midwifery Commission.

You can read about our full range of EDI projects in our Case Studies directory.
