We support arts organisations to professionalise and develop their boards by connecting them with individuals from the private sector with the experience and training they may be lacking within their own networks.

Our network represents a wealth of professional skills and talents, from both the corporate and cultural sectors. By mapping business professionals to arts boards within our network we can provide governance experience for both first-time board members and opportunities for more seasoned professionals seeking purpose.

Volunteering as part of an arts board gives you the opportunity to develop leadership skills, engage with new business models, gain an understanding of the arts fundraising landscape within Ireland, and contribute directly to the support of Irish arts and culture.

Skillsets within legal, governance, finance, marketing and communications, strategic planning, and more are much sought-after by arts organisation boards.

Our OnBoard initiative is available to our business and arts members via our Expertise Exchange on our Members’ Portal.

If you're interested in being placed on an arts board then get in touch.
