We know that an engaged and encouraging board is critical to the success of any arts organisation, particularly when it comes to areas such as strategic fundraising and financial sustainability.

Our training and professional skills programmes provide opportunities for your team to learn more about how to get the best out of your board.

Our OnBoard Programme seeks to increase the number of business professionals on arts boards, while building the case for more diverse societal voices from the arts on public and private sector boards. The programme gives our arts members the opportunity to promote open board positions to our corporate members network, increasing the likelihood of a right-fit application that satisfies any skills gaps you have identified.

If you are an arts member you can learn more about submitting a board position to our Arts Board Diversity Programme in the Members’ Portal.
