Having worked closely with arts organisations for over 36 years we know that a dearth of spaces to develop and make work, coupled with a lack of appropriate spaces in which to exhibit and perform that work, have greatly impacted the cultural community.

We welcome the cultural space objective outlined in the Dublin City Council development plan, and we plan to leverage our role as an honest broker between key stakeholders in this initiative to ensure positive outcomes for all.

We will support relevant parties including planning consultants, architects, developers during the planning application and development phases, by identifying appropriate cultural tenants, helping those arts organisations to prepare their business cases for consideration, and brokering OpEx sponsorship in liaison with the landlord or prospective leaseholder.
