AlanJames Burns (they/them) is a neurodivergent and environmental artist, curator, and festival maker. They won the Accenture €10,000 Digital Innovation in Art Bursary in 2023. We sat down with them to explore their work and progress since then.

Aoibhie McCarthy is Artistic Director of Sample-Studios, one of Ireland’s largest artist studios. As well as leading the strategic direction of the organisation, she oversees the provision of creative workspaces, gallery, professional development training and mentorship for 120 artists in Cork City.
